Gary R. Martz
Gary R. Martz is the Co-Founder and President of M2 Capital Advisors LLC. With over four decades of experience in corporate leadership, law, and strategic investment, Gary brings extensive expertise in guiding organizations through growth, transformation, and complex capital transactions.
Before founding M2 Capital Advisors, Gary served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel of Greif, Inc., a global leader in industrial packaging with operations in more than 35 countries. During his 23-year tenure, he played a central role in shaping Greif’s legal, financial, and strategic direction, overseeing worldwide legal affairs, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and major financing activities.
In addition to his legal leadership, Gary held several senior operating roles, including President of Greif's timberland business, which included over 270,000 acres of timberland in the U.S. and Canada, and operations leader of Greif Global Real Estate Services, optimizing a portfolio of over 250 properties worldwide. He also served as interim CFO and CHRO.
Earlier in his career, Gary was a partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP in Cleveland, advising clients on corporate transactions and financing. He holds a J.D. with honors from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.A., magna cum laude, from The University of Toledo. He currently serves on the Boards of The Dawes Arboretum (Chair of the Finance Committee) and the Greif Foundation, and recently served on the Board of the United Way of Delaware County.

Douglas E. Mill
Douglas E. Mill is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of M2 Capital Advisors LLC. A proven leader and entrepreneur, Doug has more than 40 years of executive experience across the engineering, consulting, construction, real estate, and hospitality industries. His career reflects a track record of building, growing, and guiding companies toward strategic and sustainable success.
Prior to co-founding M2 Capital Advisors, Doug served as Chief Executive Officer of ADR & Associates, Ltd., an engineering consulting firm, where he led strategic growth initiatives, developed key client partnerships, and mentored future industry leaders.
Over the course of his career, he has founded and managed multiple companies and continues to serve as an advisor, investor, and board member, helping organizations navigate complex challenges and capitalize on new opportunities.
Doug earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Ohio University. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Village Network Foundation and has served in various roles on the Board for the Village Network, including Chairman. He is also an FAA-certified pilot.
His leadership philosophy combines disciplined strategy with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and long-term value creation—principles that continue to guide his work with M2 Capital Advisors and beyond.
